Ann James Massey will be in residence at the ART Junction, May 1 - 27, 2019 and plans to have open studio hours 2 - 6pm Tuesday - Saturday or by appointment. There may be a few days when necessary obligations connected with her return may interfere with the timing. Ann's international award winning oil painting "The Blessing of the Animals" will be on public display for the first time in El Paso. Among the awards were three in New York last year in the The Allied Artists of America 105th Annual Exhibition, The American Artists Professional League 90th Grand National Exhibition and the Catharine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club 121st Annual Open Exhibition.. In addition there will be a few other original drawings and miniatures (including two recent oils). Among the drawings will be "The Woodworker" which in January won an award at the Catharine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club 122nd Annual Open Exhibition in New York as well as previous awards in New York and England and has been published in several books. In addition and with equal honors and recognition in New York, England, books and magazines, her drawing "Eliza Ann Harker Bennion" will be shown.
