Enrolled Students (25 years or under) $20
ART SIZE : MAXIMUM SIZE : Combined total of all 4 pieces can NOT exceed 80” width only (including frame) You may enter 1-4 pieces.
MINIMUM SIZE : No Minimum Size
SCULPTURE SIZE : Size can vary & we will try to accommodate large pieces. Please call the gallery with questions and/or if your pieces require any additional handling.

DROP OFF Date & Entry Deadline are the same : Saturday, April 2, 2022 10:30am-1:30pm
Alternate Drop-Off Date : Tuesday, April 5, 2022 11:30-5:30pm
ART DESCRIPTIONS & BIO : A description of your submitted artwork and a short bio is required on entry form.
MEDIUM : All Mediums accepted! Mediums including textile, glass, metals etc. (no hazardous materials) Please call the gallery if you have any questions.
FRAMED or GALLERY WRAPPED art MUST have D-Ring (preferred) and frame wire for hanging. All art will require some kind of hardware for hanging or be able to stand on a pedestal. Works on paper require a frame. If your pieces are very small, a saw tooth will be accepted.

DO NOT BRING IN ART THAT DOES NOT HAVE HARDWARE FOR HANGING!!
LABELS : Always label work artwork with : Your Name, Title, Medium, Price & Phone Number
GALLERY COMMISSION : The EPAA takes 30% commission on all art sales. Adjust your prices accordingly.
IMAGES : Images of your art are not required to enter but always recommended! Any submitted images may be used cropped or in full on social media, website etc. for publicity.
JUDGED NOT JURIED : This show is open to all artists and will include prize awards selected by a show judge. This is not a juried show where art is accepted through a jury or committee process. You will not get a call or email to confirm acceptance into the show.
NOTE : If your work does not meet the requirements on the show prospectus, it may not be accepted.
