Artist Inspiration : After the horrific August 3rd attack in El Paso Beto O'Rourke suspended his campaign and returned home where he led numerous rallies of support. I was present at one of those events where I was able to photograph him and see the passion and intensity of emotion that is Beto. Those images and subsequent private settings with Beto form the basis for his portrait. I have attempted to capture the same passion and intensity of Beto that I saw that hot, sultry day last August. Hopefully, I have succeeded. Beto, El Paso Strong!
