Mixed media collage, Shredded financial papers, encaustic, gesso, paint 8” x 8”

Artist Inspiration : This series of art pieces were painted to depict the financial chaos and brokenness of the COVID-19 and the brokenness of a divided society caused by society’s closed mindedness to people of different cultures. I used the universal symbol of hearts to signify that love is the answer and two of the pieces were made with shredded financial papers.
